Where you live
during your studies at ELI is an important decision. We can
help you choose the best accommodation for you. The following
options are available: Royal Waterloo House
(ELI Campus).
The great advance about studying at ELI is that you can live and study in the same building, so there are no travelling costs! Students are accommodated in basic single or twin rooms with bunk
beds. There are two shared bathrooms on each floor, each with sinks, toilets and showers. During our busy periods, there can be around 12 students on a floor - so roughly six students share a bathroom. Meals are normally eaten in the cafeteria which is open from 7.30am to 7.30pm, where students can purchase hot and cold food and snacks. There is also a small kitchen with a fridge, microwave, mini-grill and small hob, kettle, toaster and cutlery/dishes, which students can use if they so wish.
Host family. The
most popular option. You live as a part of a British family
and have breakfast
and dinner with them. You have a single room and share
the family bathroom. Travelling to ELI usually takes about
30 - 40 minutes by train. |
